Making practice’s perform better is our goal.

Software is our craft and our passion. At Practice by Numbers, we create software to solve business problems for our dentists. There is no better feeling then to have a product that our clients trust and use to make their lives easier.

We also want to reduce waste and death by thousand cuts in dental offices. Since 2010, there has been a proliferation of IT services needed to run a dental office. Starting from your PMS, a typical dental office currently uses a reminders service, reviews service, analytics service, scheduling service, payment service, forms service, telemedicine service, membership plans service and more. Our aim is to consolidate all IT software needs a dental office has so it is cost effective and efficient because its all integrated.

Meet our founders.

Rohit Garg Co-founder

Rohit has worked as a software engineer and manager since 2001. He developed ultrasound image analysis software at Philips Healthcare which is used by customers worldwide. Rohit earned a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.

Chris Lau, Ph.D Co-founder

Chris has worked as a software engineer since 2004. He has created big data analysis and visualization tools at the Allen Institute for Brain Science since 2005. Chris earned a B.S. in Computation Biology from Carnegie Mellon University and a Ph.D. in Bioengineering from the University of Washington.

Aditi Agarwal, DMD Co-founder

When Dr. Aditi Agarwal moved to the United States, she had already attained her dental degree and practiced general dentistry in India. In order to master the science of dentistry as taught in the United States, she went back to school and she earned her D.M.D from Boston University in 2003. Since then, Dr. Aditi Agarwal, has been part of a large group practice in Washington where she has earned the respect of her peers and the trust of her patients.

We believe software shouldn’t be clunky or cumbersome; but it should aid in the tasks that the team is involved with each and every day.
